firstly if you are installing on new server there is no need to uninstall, just follow the migration guide

Upgrading or migrating to Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.1101 (RU1 MP1)http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH187753

follow the DR steps before upgrade

    SEP 11 – Disaster recovery

I've to install SEPM 12.1 on a server. And uninstall SEPM 11.0.5..from another server.

I've to also upgrade the clients SEP version, where SEP 11.0.5 is running.

if the SEPM needs to be another server and client needs to communicate to new server.

    1) then initiate the replication as discussed in earlier post.i.e. changing MSL for prioirty 1 being new SEPM

    2) if you are using the SQL then install new SEPM as loadbalance.

no, for replication both SEPM needs to be on same version.

    same holds true for loadbalancing

Symantec does not support multi-version manager replication scenarios. Database schemas can change from version to version, and database corruption could occur if the schemas do not match. All Symantec Endpoint Protection sites that replicate should be running the same version

Does Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager support replication between sites running different versions?
