  • 1.  Client black listed

    One of my client is not recieving the policy,

    error - specified host has blacklisted.

    please help

    Can you share please error logs? So we can be identify exact problem.

    1. Probably you can just delete this computer from SMP Console (for example, find it in "Blacklisted" filter and via mouse right-click menu ⇒ delete).
    2. Then on client side perform this action to re-register it on SMP Server
    • "C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent\AeXAgentUtil.exe" /ResetGuid
