  • 1.  Brightmail Gateway - register license without internet connection

    Brightmail Gateway v9.0.0, installed on an intranet-only network (no outside internet access).  Can the product be forced to registere without the internet connection?  If so, how?  Can the license file somehow be imported to get the BG browser console to show that it's updated?

    Starting with version 9.5.1, we have a way to license the product without access to the Brightmail servers. You will need to call in for us to provide you this information. We can not post it on a public forum.

    You will want to run the OSRestore to 9.5.1 or 9.5.2 for the process to work.
