Altiris Client Install but not Reporting Altiris Console

    Hello,

    I have installed Altiris Client one of windows xp machine but Altiris client are not showing Altiris Console.

    I have received below error

    Apr 13 12:22:25    ConfigServer    AeXNSAgent.exe    RequestPolicies failed: Unexpected response from URL http://Server name/Altiris/NS/Agent/GetClientPolicies.aspx: The specified host resource has been blacklisted (-2147217405)    AeXNSAgent.exe
     

    I have found one of artical TECH127475 but I have received Error (SymWISE Support site is temporarily unavailable due to scheduled system maintenance)

    Hi,

    After an upgrade the request for a new client policy fails with an unexpected response
