Manage > Automation Policies
Select and right-click 'Inactive machine,' or any report whose Actions: section says 'Email: <blah>' or 'Send automation policy e-mail', and click Clone
Provide a name for the new automation policy.
Select Schedule: Shared schedule, then select 'Weekly' from the second drop-down -- or select a custom schedule and provide one that works for your company.
For data source, select report for an existing report or leave as 'Raw SQL query' if directly entering the SQL. Click edit pencil to select the report or edit pencil to edit the raw SQL query.
Typically no need to modify the e-mail, since it is usually default stuff.
Click Save changes.
Click 'Test Automation Policy.'
