I need to block the USB there. Any possibilty?
First time I have implemeted window-7(64 bits).

In Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0 Currently the following SEP features do not run on 64 bit Windows systems:
- Device Control - Tamper Protection (AKA SymProtect) - Right Click “Scan for Viruses…” - Lotus Notes (Domino), Microsoft Exchange and POP3/SMTP email scanning - System Lockdown - Central Quarantine - Proactive Threat Protection will not detect poller type keyloggers

Thumbs up to Sumit G's suggestion. SEP 11 has limitation of working of ADC on 64 bit OS. You should be testing SEP 12.1 Ru 1.
Hi,
You upgrade the sep version 12.1
In that you have the feature to block the USB on 64bit Machine & more fixes.
