Mention tip is really help to manage the systems. thanks.
hi sumit,
it can be help when we will be migration to another SEPM.
you can check the Registry with
"CurrentGroup" / "PreferredGroup" name
path-
if the path is of your server then try the password of that Group.
other wise stop the "Symantec Management Client" service remotely and delete the hardware id from registry and start the service again.
But first follow the attach doc.
I have read the document, there option is mention that enter your smc password to stop the service.
My concern is that if the system is in unmange then which password I will enter there. Because unmanage not be able to accept any password??
Any other troubleshoot?
