Please bear in mind that postings to fileconnect generally occur in the afternoon, US PACIFIC TIME. So for some, it may not be available until the 19th.
We are a an up to date customer on our support contracts, and I do not see a link in my fileconnect page to d/l the RU1 update... When will this be officially available for everyone??
I have also check I think it's intermittent issue.
Please recheck.
Hi login to File connect and click on the new release then get a message saying my session has timed out even though I've only been logged in for approx 10 seconds. Is there an issue?

I think there won't be any issue for immediate upgrade.
It's always good practice to have latest antivirus version.
it is better we can install 12ru1 immediately or will wait for some times?
Customers will be able to download SEP 12.1 RU1 (English) from FileConnect on Friday, November 18. Non-English versions will be available for download on Wednesday, November 23.
Why is it not available in my downloads? Only the one from July is there.
