Mobile Inventory History Delta tables are not getting purged which results a noticeable growth of Symantec CMDB, as well Controlling "Keep History Duration" is not user editable.
This is a non official PointFix which will run Mobile Delta History tables purging daily with Symantec regular history purging process.
How to use:
1- Just run the attachment on Symantec Management Platform server as a local administrator./p>
2- Modify "Keep History Duration" according to your needs
A) Open Symantec Management Console, Settings > All Settings, Settings > Notification Server > Resource and Data Class Settings > "Resource History".
B) Scroll down in "Resource Data History" tab to "Mobile Inventory".
C) Adjust "Keep History Duration" per Data Class according to the desired purging plan.

If you want to purge only and keep the data, you can apply this one, if you want to disable populating to those tables (recommended) apply the PF below which does exactly what's in the article in one click action, plus it will disable the purging PF if you previously implement it.

First of all this Point Fix reflects my own work as I coded it individually, and Symantec doesn't hold any responsibility for it.But I personally Guarantee that it works perfectly without any damages.
No this Fix will not be included in SMM 7.2 SP1, I have considered that while writing the code so you wouldn't need to run it again after an upgrade, however you (might) need to wait for the next day for the purging process to enable the inventory dataclasses "keep history duration" to be editable again. Also it is applicable on 7.2 SP1.
And dont forget to check the log file for more details.

Will this non official PointFix be included in the upcoming Version of Symantec Mobile Management 7.2 SP1? or do we have to implement this PointFix on top of the new Version?
