Hi,

Thank you for posting in Symantec community.

I would be glad to answer your query.

To delete GUI password follow the steps:

Open the registry

Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\SMC

Change the value for SmcGuiHasPassword from 1 to 0

Restart the SMC service

To delete uninstall password follow the steps:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\AV\AdministratorOnly\Security\UseVPUninstallPassword

Set to 0 to disable it.

What is the actual issue in your symantec. If it not connected with your Symantec and policy is require the password to replace then you can try to replace it in safemode. Otherwise you can replace the sylink file with your SEPM Server in Safe Mode because in Safemode client Service not getting Started.

If it not working then best option is cleanwipe tool.

For cleanwipe tool you need to contact with Symantec Technical Team.
