You can use the escalation link to do this or you can click on the green box that appears in the latest history item and there should be a link called assignments.  If you don't see any tasks in that window, then the ticket is already assigned to someone else.  If you check the work other tasks box then you will see the options appear

For questions like this I would recommend creating a forum thread rather than on a summary article like this.  It will get better visibility that way.

i am servicedesk administrator i receive the incident from user but i cant find the option where i assign that incident to my technician
