Very much like other applications, Symantec DLP also requires daily monitoring.This daily monitoring will ensure that Organization gets uninterrupted service.
I am attaching a template here, which can be used for daily monitoring and report can be given to management on daily basis.
I am assuming that Symantec DLP database is with database admin team and they are monitoring database on daily basis.
I would think that with the right level of access and a bit of scripting you could import most all of this data into an excel spreadsheet or some type of HTML dashboard.
I will look into doing this if I ever carve out some spare time.

You wont be able to use this in DLP as a templet; however, you can add this to a process
Eg: Ask the operations team to fill in the details in intervals
